Liked: The hotel and staff were exceptional! I stayed here prior to the remodel and was amazed at the accommodationsThe room was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable.The staff was cordial, professional, and willing to gladly assist in any way

Disliked: My son requested a late check out (1pm )when he arrivedHe stayed 3 days 2 nightsHe works remotely until 3 amSo he usually does not get up until 12-1He told the person (Brian) who was texting him daily about how is his stay goingHe asked Brian can you please give him an answer if the request was approved He stated that unfortunately he would have to contact the front desk on the morning that he was leaving to find out He replied to Brian if he had to get up to contact the Front deskWhat’s the pointHe might as well just check out if he’s up alreadyMakes no sense Right?

Liked: The location to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Some of the guests hanging outside the hotel smoking weed and cigarettes . Some of the fabric of the chairs were dirty at the eating table.
