Very disappointed in facility

Liked: Only positive was location. Sidewalks were not cleared of snow and we slipped several times trying to get in the handicap spot. Room was not handicap accessible as requested. Hallway stink of burnt food all weekend. No one present at desk, ever. Had to walk all the way across to other hotel for assistance VERY DISAPPOINTED

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel I will be staying here again if I'm in town the room was nice breakfast was delicious I love the need to order omelettes was definitely worth the money
