They stole my money.!!!

Disliked: They wouldn't even lemme check in due to my card being prepaid but they lemme book the reservation with the prepaid card, and then they still charged me for the first night as if I canceled my reservation. Straight bullshit.!!! 🤬🤬☠️

Liked: It was easy to get to and easy to check in to and out of.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable and small. Everything was broken or didn’t work. Bed and pillows were hard. No extra bedding for my kids.

Decent place to stay but...

Liked: Convenient to Medical City Hospital, served a nice breakfast
Disliked: Needs updated. Furniture in our room was wore out. Toilet ran constantly and the water in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off. When we arrived it was freezing in our room. Complained about the water issues and the maintenance man came but there was not any difference after he left.

Liked: Professional staff were very accommodating, and kind! The room was great. Comfortable bed. Convenient kitchenette. The pool is nice. The spa was down--sometimes happens. The hot breakfast is good, and included! The fitness center is small but suited me well for ladies fitness. I LOVE that the hotel offers recycling! This inspires me to feel like we ALL care about Earth, including the Hiltons!
Disliked: I was disappointed about the spa being under maintenance. The location isn't walkable, so could be fine for most, if they have a car. The price reflects the neighborhood, probably. It's a really good deal, but the hotel isn't in the best neighborhood to go walk around at night. The grounds are nice, with an iron fence, though, and there are nice shops and restaurants very close by car.

Liked: Everyone was very nice and very friendly. They all smiled and were certain to accommodate in any possible.
Disliked: The kitchenette in our room was not stocked properly at all. Many basic things were missing. Knives were dull. Trash can was super small.--weird--
