Homewood Suites By Hilton Columbus/Airport

I was very impressed with the quality of the suite we stayed in considering it was only $130 - would absolutely stay here again.

Liked: Clean room; very comfortable bed; friendly staff.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: A pile of dirty towels in the pool to the ceiling. My AC was broken. I asked twice and the 3rd time someone said go to my 3rd floor room and come back if the problem is still occurring. Staff was rude and appeared preoccupied when I requested assistance. Pool tiles broken and dirty.

Loved your staff but paid...

Liked: The staff was everything you want when you stay someplace they where rock stars so sweet and attentive it made up for the rest of our stay
Disliked: The pool needs some work chipped tiles and the room should have had a more thorough cleaning there where dishes and food left In The fridge from the previous guest and cheese on the floor the shampoos where not fully stocked and the shower and the shower curtain was wet from the previous guest the bed was a little to firm for my taste

Liked: My Daughters woke up with ants crawling on them. One staff member did nothing . The other switched us rooms and said the manager would contact me. The manager never did. The new room didn't have a fireplace like the previous room and was missing a TV remote. All in all, not bad, but the ants on my Daughters as they tried to sleep was not good and felt like I was a bad Father for choosing this hotel and having to pack and change rooms after we have gotten comfortable and use to the room and fireplace and felt like we got down graded and didnt have a great view any longer. It's small stuff but we enjoy the little things in life. Thanks to the night shift staff member we didn't have to sleep with ants or worried about ants being all in our food or beds.
