Homewood Suites By Hilton Columbus/Airport

I was very impressed with the quality of the suite we stayed in considering it was only $130 - would absolutely stay here again.

Liked: Clean room; very comfortable bed; friendly staff.
Disliked: None.

Liked: My Daughters woke up with ants crawling on them. One staff member did nothing . The other switched us rooms and said the manager would contact me. The manager never did. The new room didn't have a fireplace like the previous room and was missing a TV remote. All in all, not bad, but the ants on my Daughters as they tried to sleep was not good and felt like I was a bad Father for choosing this hotel and having to pack and change rooms after we have gotten comfortable and use to the room and fireplace and felt like we got down graded and didnt have a great view any longer. It's small stuff but we enjoy the little things in life. Thanks to the night shift staff member we didn't have to sleep with ants or worried about ants being all in our food or beds.

Liked: The front desk clerk was nice the manager was very rude my room didn't have any heat didn't try to accommodate me until the next day my first I called the front desk numerous times they brought 2 blankets at 2am

Liked: My crocs were stolen and my tires, all 4 of them were flattened on the property. Camera supposedly didn’t work.
Disliked: Couldn’t hook my ps4 to the WiFi

Disliked: Hotel had renovations going on so breakfast was a very, very minimal event in a meeting room.It was rather a pathetic attempt at providing any food.Hotel room was is need of upkeep: toilet was barely attached to floor, carpeting was not vacuumed, paint peeling from bedroom door, shower gel container in shower empty, open window in living room that wouldn’t close.
