Liked: Staff and everything was great
Disliked: There was a fire situation on the 3rd floor, and we were promise a discount got nothing, called to get points, find out thats a rip-off, my wife called got the run around instead of a straight answer. The breakdown of this is your staff was awesome. The facility was great, but your management sucks, and customer service sucked. Not coming back

Wish I would have booked elsewhere.

Liked: The staff there were amazing, thoughtful and helpful.
Disliked: It would have been nice to know something happened and it was under renovation. I walked through hallways where there were holes in the floor. Our room, had dust, cob webs everywhere. The beds were poor quality.
