Parking was pathetic; had to go outside all the way down stairs and outside to smoke if you smoke; breakfast was poor; instant everything; would recommend you stay somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!

Liked: NOTHING!!
Disliked: I would give no stars if I could! Terrible customer service. We arrived after 5pm and our room was not ready. Once we finally got into our room. We left and went to the baseball game. When we came back, our room keys didn't work. The lady at the desk told us they made a mistake and let other guests into our room. No one ever apologized, not once, for all of their mistakes. The area is ghetto and trashy. There are bums everywhere. Also, you have to pay $40 for parking that only allows up to 12 hours of time. We will never be back! TERRIBLE!!
