Liked: How quiet and clean our room was.
Disliked: We have been here twice and each time the pool has not been available. The heating system in the room needs improvement, got cold very quickly. Good thing extra blankets were provided.

Liked: Room was clean, extra bedding was already in room, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Front staff were short with us and not accommodating. Pool was completely shutdown and we had no notice until it was past our cancelation deadline. They wouldn't honour the healthcare worker discount.

Liked: Awesome stay,very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast, options . We do not eat taco's for breakfast. But understand they were trying new things. Eggs not so good . everything very salty.

It was a pleasant surprise...

Liked: The whole room was more than we expected. If we had known there was a kitchen and a refrigerator we would have brought some groceries and made our own meal.
Disliked: The toilet could have had a high pedestal for us seniors and a walk in shower.
