The property served our needs...

Liked: Breakfast was good.We liked the full kitchen and having two separate rooms, as well as two tvs.
Disliked: There was a live roach in our bed. My wife was pretty shook up.

Disliked: There was a poorly patched hole in the bathroom wall and also the door going into the bathroom. The room smelled like mildew and did not feel clean . The facility was also very dated .

Liked: It's conveniently located near the Airport, the hotel and the room was clean, and quiet. The Staff is great. Very affordable and a great value for what you get
Disliked: $8.00 PARKING FEE??? Undisclosed until I arrived!! This is one of those "Junk Fees" that should be illegal!! I Pay to park at your hotel? PLUS TAX! Not only wasThe breakfast was Subpar, I think the eggs were powdered and the Sausage was terrible.

Disliked: My kids were ready to swim and I get there and pay to find out the pool is out of order I then asked for some compensation for this situation not being on website and she only offers 50 dollars which I had grief to receive from another employee at time of check out due to him saying they shouldn’t of told me they would compensate then I went to our room after checkin in to a dirty filthy bathroom with foot prints on the bathroom floor and no wash towels I was very much not pleased by the attitude and amenities that they offer and didn’t have available for the price

Disliked: I waited 40 minutes on the phone and no one never picked up they pick up and put music on I called hotel 8 time's no one picked up from 345pm until 1110pm
