We were treated very well, the staff is wonderful. Eddie the security guard went out of his way to get us out of a bind - he saved our night! The room was lovely and very comfortable. We will use Homewood Suites again.

Liked: Location was close to everything. Was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was incredible. Everyone and I mean everyone went out of their way to help in any way they could. It was the best customer service we have ever had. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great location, nice facility, cozy...

Liked: The location is ideal, which is why we chose this hotel again. However, apparently last time we stayed in a "premium suite" and this time we did not, though we didn't select or see anything listed at premium when booking. It doesn't really matter , except "premium" suites have a view and come with snack and drink which was a perk I was looking forward to again this time.Also, Karen K from the kitchen/breakfast staff is the actual best and deserves a raise
Disliked: Lida from the front desk at check in was rude and seemed like it was a bother to do her job. She got huffy when I inquired about the aforementioned "premium suite" situation.The toilet paper was like wiping with a whisper so that definitely could have been better.
