Liked: One gal at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: The photos must have been taken when the property was first built, as it looks run down, and dirty. The shower still had hair left from the previous occupants. We heard gun shots the first night from close by. Our TV also did not work; every channel said No Signal. When I called the front desk, they said they couldn't help.

Disliked: I had several BUG BITES ALL OVER MY BODY FROM TGE BED. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND THEY REFUSED. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH THE MANAGERS NAME WHICH I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR HER, ROBYN TO CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BUT SHE HASN’T RESPONDED.

Disliked: I am really sorry to write to you like this but I was very shocked by the reaction of the entire tacoma team. I have a little child given his childhood ignorance and seeing our realities that we spent together many times the child also wants to be like a child and often there was not too much noise as such but the manager decided to chase me away with my family yet they could as well find a solution for us, under the cold with innocent people, we suffered on the street, my daughter blessing is now sick because she suffered the effect of the cold for a while, I am really sorry for this unfair way of acting.

Small room high deposit

Liked: It was a smooth process checking in. When u check out just bring the keys to front desk.
Disliked: Had to initial a lot of different places on form. It’s $250 if smoke or vape inside room. There was a $100 deposit fully refundable but it shouldn’t be that high for deposit maybe $50 but $100 is too high to ask for that hotel. The high priced hotels don’t charge but $50 and u get it right away not 7 days later.
