Nightmare

Liked: It’s horrible drug deals were made at parking lot horrible worst hotel it’s like a nightmare hotel had to check out and go to a different hotel don’t understand how they can be in business. Felt like in a horror movie

Disliked: The property that is advertised is not the property that was booked. There was nobody in the office. The door was locked. And my reservation had been canceled before I got there. I know I was late getting there but I wouldn’t have been able get get the room with out anyone there and the door was locked.

I didn't get to stay

Disliked: They canceled my reservation last minute and I traveled for work and I'm still waiting on my refund. It's been over 3 weeks now

At the night 2:30 am...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The Room was not cleaned , there was no water, no toilet paper. No blanket.

Had to find another hotel

Liked: Didn’t get to stay
Disliked: Agent called me while I was on my way their and said they had to deny my Registration because of a water leak.

Disliked: The front door to the hotel was locked and directed me to another hotel to check in. Upon check in the room had bare wires hanging from the ceiling, no smoke detectors, no hot water. There were holes in the shower wall and the pipes were leaking. There was spoiled food in the cabinets, no WiFi. No paper products in the bathroom, the toilet did not work properly. I had to find different accommodations as I could not stay at the property in those conditions. There were also no staff to assist me. They left the property as soon as I checked in.
