Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms

Korean town location is good

Liked: The hotel is located nearby Koreantown.So it is easy to find Korean restaurants near hotel and go there by wark.
Disliked: It is so old and there is less electric connection near bed.

Disappointing

Disliked: Pillow too soft, it's so uncomfortable. And the heater sounds loud, i have to turn off if i go to sleep. No one come to clean the room. The water pressure is very unstable when i take a shower. And the room smells really bad and smelly. I can't believe I paid such high prices to llive here.

Good location, friendly staff

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, parking in the hotel, spacious beds, hot water in the reception, good location near downtown.
Disliked: Equippment is little bit old and could be fixed, we had troubles with water in bathroom but the staff fixed that soon, it was not clear where to park the car but the staff helped again.

Loved our stay!!!

Liked: Loooved our stay here!! Best part was the staff/owners. They were so nice and warm and accomodating!! The room was also better than we expected. Spacious, very clean, working AC/heater, very comfy bed and pillows (also love that they provide 4 pillows!!), a lot of sockets and basically everything you need. They also provide bottled water and free water at the lobby. Definitely recommend!
Disliked: The shower wasnt the best cause it was kinda hard to get the right temperature. It was either ice cold, kinda warm, or burning hot. Not that big of a deal though and they said they’re working on it!

Good stay in Koreatown

Liked: Good location in Koreatown, several restaurants nearby and good facilities including usb charging and filtered drinking water is provided. Staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly! Also good focus on being eco friendly.
Disliked: Room cleanliness could be better.
