1st ever family vacation

Liked: Everything, no seriously. The amount of space in our suite. Staff was amazing! They were so accommodating and treated us like family. We definitely want to return. It was a very important trip for our family and we're so grateful to stay at a place that made it spectacular!
Disliked: The indoor pool could have been a little warmer for me personally but my kids loved it. They did everything wonderfully for us.

Liked: The hotel was in close proximity of to the venue that I was in Dover to attend. The hotel's staff was nice and helpful as well. I have stayed at this type of hotel in other locations and they were nice.
Disliked: The hotel on the inside looks very old and in need of updates. The room was not clean. The bed was extremely hard. I must say that I did not enjoy my stay.

Liked: Brandon greeted us and checked us in. He was a pleasure to work with. We usually use this hotel because it is located close to everything we need. The rooms are nice size there’s plenty of parking and the breakfast is good. But the staff is always very friendly and professional.
Disliked: There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. If I had to say anything, I would say my husband likes lots of pillows, so maybe a couple more pillows for the bed.

Disliked: Door wasn't closed all the way/latched when we were checking in?..only two bath towels..no hand towels, washcloths, shower mat.. dirty washcloth still in shower from previous person which tells me bathroom wasn't cleaned!? Issue was corrected in a timely manner
