People make the difference, and...

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional, with lots of warm options and they didn't run out of anything. I was able to get coffee any time, as well as hot water for tea. I had a couple of personal situations where I needed help, and the customer service people I came in contact with went above and beyond to help me - I cannot thank Heka (I think was her name) and Kai enough for saving the day and helping me several times.The cleaning crew did try to start cleaning before checkout on my room, but I let them know I would be checking out soon and they were willing to come back later.
