Very nice apartment feel of...

Liked: The rooms are spacious. The kitchen area is very awesome. Feels like an apartment. They have a big storage for Amazon packages and its properly organized with a sign in/sign out form. (the best way)I love the apples, love that the shuttle is frequent, and love the area.
Disliked: The room I got this second time with more people. The first room was wayyy nicer. The breakfast isn't nice at all. Eww

Liked: Absolutely horrendous welcome when I arrived I didn't even stay. I paid for the room but I walked out and I went to the home to suites where I have stayed before in Hasbrook Heights. The lady was so rude and just really unfriendly and unwelcoming. I had a really long flight and all I wanted to do was just sleep and be relaxed. I just felt really unwelcome. She made me feel on edge. I just had to leave. Seems quite dramatic but I stay in quite a few hotels and that was just unacceptable.
Disliked: Awful reception, fell on edge felt uncomfortable asking any questions I just flown from Europe, with my small dog it was a stressful trip, so wanted to relax. I had a really good experience two weeks prior when I stayed at the home to suites in Hasbrook Heights completely different experience I thought that's what I was gonna get here anyway she gave me the room keys I didn't even look at the room. I just walked out with my little dog and we went 20 minutes up the road and stayed at the other one which is much much better. They remembered me and we're just lovely.

Great hotel for layover close...

Liked: Close to airport with airport shuttle and nice breakfast. Great place to rest before traveling ahead.
Disliked: No complaints, everything was great. Thanks!
