Kitchenet services was poor, and...
Liked: The microwave in the room did not work, so we complained to the front desk on the first day itself. However, they did not repair it or provide an alternative, like a hot plate, for use during our four-day stay. After the third day of our stay, they offered to change rooms, but we had reached the end of our stay, so we continued to stay in the same room.
Disliked: They did not resolve our complaint or make alternate arrangements for the unserviceable microwave. They kept telling us that all the hot plates had been issued to other customers and they could not spare them for us. Since the microwave was not working in our room, we should have prioritized others for a hot plate for our use, but management did not do so.

Liked: the people they run the hotel
Disliked: My experience at Home2 by Hilton was disappointing. The reception was unwelcome and the staff were unfriendly. The room was unclean, and the bathroom was dirty. Housekeeping was only available every three days. The location felt unsafe, with people sleeping in their cars around the hotel. Access to the hotel was also difficult. The furniture in the hotel was old, and the overall condition of the hotel was poor. It was a bad, bad experience.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and safe place to stay with kids
Disliked: The property mention kitchenette, but there wasn’t stove or induction plate available in the kite hen to cook anything, we travelled with kids for which we needed to cook some simple thing at night, but couldn’t do it due to this.The receptionist was rude to my son and wife when he was pulling the chair, could have spoken politely.
