COMFY BUT CHARGED DOUBLE

Liked: The hotel was clean and rooms and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I booked through Booking.com and my husband checked us in and WAS CHARGED AGAIN FOR ROOM. we wouldn't have known anything until my husband happened to mention it in convo. We called the receptionist and they voided the payment however we have to wait 5 days to get reimbursed. HORRIBLE.
