Liked: Breakfast was decent staff was good.
Disliked: Did not like the fact that my room was mixed up at check in, the pool was being rented out instead of for the guests to use which was an inconvenience because I booked here because of the pool. The shower could have been a little cleaner. And also never had my room cleaned while I was there either. Which I asked for.

Great rooms for decent price,...
Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Have everything you need in the room- fridge, microwave, mini kitchen, closet. Basically a mini apartment.
Disliked: The location is not great. It’s very hard to find and hard to get to. Can only access from a specific direction on the highway.

Rough start but good overall...
Liked: Other than the aforementioned experience everything else was great. Huge room, very comfortable bed, very clean and okay breakfast. It is not right next to the hotel but a 10 min. drive will get you there.
Disliked: The only problem with our stay (but a big one imo) is the fact that after we arrived at the property (23:00 after an 11 hour flight) the lady at the reception could not find our reservation for a room which was already paid for and for which we have already received booking confirmation. When we tried to show her the email we received from Booking she said she does not deal with booking, that the affiliation of the hotel is with Hilton and only through their system confirmation is provided and that, since she could not find our reservation, our reservation was invalid. I tried to ask her how it is possible that they don't deal with Booking when the hotel is on the Booking platform but she seemed to lose her mind every time I uttered the work Booking (seriously at some point I was afraid to utter any words starting with b). She would not even tell me how to get my money back because "she simply does not deal with Booking". Long story short, she found our reservation (what do you know!) and then decided to be a bit more polite and helpful.
