Times Square location

Liked: Close to the Times Square and close to almost everything.Broadway, Parks, Monuments etc was very close at hand
Disliked: Very small room, wasn’t good enough for 3 people.Had a very bad experience with the lifts, long wait time to get to the room or go downstairs for breakfast, the lift service was horrible

Liked: It nears times square. It has great view, it near all important subways lines
Disliked: Long wait to elevators in the morning

Liked: The location is amazing, with a lot of things very close to hotel. The room is good, with a satisfactory space for 3-4 people, the breakfast is very mid with a few options
Disliked: The elevators are a chaos, sometimes it takes 10-15min to go up or down

The worst experience

Disliked: One of the worst experience which was not expected from Hilton. When we arrived to the hotel manager mentioned that our room which was booked in advance and fully paid is occupied and hotel is overbooked. Hilton asked us to stay in another Hilton hotel not close to time square. When we arrived to another Hilton with the letter which confirms that Home2 Suites by Hilton will compensate a night Hotel charged us for 1 night 700+ USD promising that we will receive a compensation of this amount. Even after several months and letters to the Hilton we do not have this compensation… for last messages we even do not have e responses… our first evening was totally spoiled and replanned due to this situation and we have to ask so many time to compensate what was promised… what a shame for the Hilton Brand. After this situation we discovered that we where not alone and many other couples had the same situation so avoid this hotel if you do not won’t to lose your time and have such problems!!!!

When air-conditioning is off still very loud venta that you cant turn offWe told the staff but they said its like this in all of the rooms. If someone is capable of sleeping insid a tractor he is welcome to try this hotelExtra bed given was very low quality
