Two night stay with spouse...

Liked: Elevator service safe with room key admission only to floor specific. Breakfast included.
Disliked: No early check in.

It was a gray stay

Liked: Breakfast included and location
Disliked: The room AC system was extremely loud, It didn’t let me sleep very well… just too loud I booked 2 rooms for 5 people but the extra bed for one of the rooms was never ready I had to do it by my self and also amenities were not provided! Also the line to check in/out is right by the entrance which makes the accessibility to the hotel almost impossible and uncomfortable!

Very nice hotel on amazing...

Liked: Location is top, also rooms were small but have a lot of very smart details… you have everything in the room… kitchen, sofa, bed…
Disliked: Elevators were awfull, also too small place for breakfast… for such a huge hotel there was so little space

You get what you see;...

Liked: The staff is very friendly, the rooms are just like in the photos, and the location is excellent—close to the subway and just steps from Times Square. Despite being in the center, it is very quiet. The buffet staff was incredibly kind.
Disliked: The elevator system is insufficient for the number of guests; during our 5-day stay, we almost always had to wait up to 30 minutes to go down.
