Liked: Large rooms - nice outdoor seating area with bar & swimming pool
Disliked: Plastic utensils-plastic/paper plates -plastic/y paper cups Need proper China plates: metal utensils-china cups more better to use - much better for the environment - not happy to see so much waste in the hotel - just have proper & wash them up

We’ll surely stay here again...

Liked: The proximity to the port, and the service of having a shuttle bus to transport us to our cruise ship. The large room, and free breakfast.

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: The bed was awful, as were the pillows. The toilet didn't work and the TV didn't work. We arrived around midnight and left at 8:30 AM so there was no time to lodge a complaint or accomplish a repair. The company's question about our satisfaction couldn't be answered because it had timed out by the time we got home from vacation.
