Very good

The facility was good but...

Liked: Facility clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast at the facility was what made the stay less than great. Coffee was ordered but was served cold w/o cream or sugar. There was a coffee stand behind a counter which we were not directed to. The waiter engaged in conversation with a friend for several minutes while we waited to order and overall was slow to serve us.

Liked: The breakfast was well prepared and tasted very good. I thought the decor of this facility was fantastic! So I was surprised the outside looked weather and in need of a refresh. I will be staying here again in the future. The elevator wasn't working when I got there and the staff member upgraded me because I wanted to be on the top floor, that was Awesome!
Disliked: In the evening when it was busy there wasn't enough staff to help everyone in a timely matter. I thought the staff member did an awesome job keeping his composure and took care of everyone's needs.

Liked: The area was safe and quiet, the hotel was very nice and clean and comforting, the food at the restaurant inside is very nice and the cook was very knowledgeable about what to recommend, everything was delicious, my room was clean and cozy and filled with everything we needed.
Disliked: I hate the check in process when you book through a third party. The girl at the desk took close to 10 minutes getting me checked in saying she couldn’t find my reservation even with me giving her my name and confirmation code along with showing her emails she finally asked did I book through a 3rd party and I said yes and magically she found it but I had others behind me waiting to check in ! This isn’t a big deal but made me felt very anxious considering I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for my bf graduation !
