I would probably stay again

Liked: Great location, luxury feel, very exclusive. Great reception staff, particularly lovely young lady working at the main desk. Really good response to food intolerances. Dog friendly. Reduced car parking charges if using partnered provision.
Disliked: Poorly placed electrical sockets preventing access to mirrors when doing hair etc. no charging ports for phone and no sockets near bed to charge either. Some staff unaware that if a hotel guest, you have access to all club amenities, resulting in the evening coming to an abrupt end…disappointing.

Liked: One of the hidden places but you have to like the "Club Life" and the old English way, you are a guest of the house.

Disliked: Our bedroom window was overlooked by blocks of flats which sadly meant while we were in our room we had to have the thick curtains shut and lights on even though it was daylight !

Liked: The room was breathtaking, gorgeous views, incredibly clean and great facilities - the best stay we have had in London by far!
Disliked: Nothing!
