Very good

Liked: everything
Disliked: Our bedroom window was overlooked by blocks of flats which sadly meant while we were in our room we had to have the thick curtains shut and lights on even though it was daylight !

Liked: The room was breathtaking, gorgeous views, incredibly clean and great facilities - the best stay we have had in London by far!

Nice central hotel but on...

Liked: Comfortable room, very traditional but clean and very nice staff
Disliked: I think at the price I paid the room could have had a coffee/tea making facilities.Bathtub was very very slippery when I had a shower although I later found a mat for the tub but it was certainly not obvious!

Liked: Everthing Fantastic, Yes there are "club rules and it is more for business people. But fantastic stay.
Disliked: On the club rooms no Nespresso machine anymore.
