Excellent stay

Liked: Stunningly beautiful interior and cozy rooms. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Great that you were able to open the window in the room and even the small room didn’t feel too small. Breakfast was delicious á la carte. Good location close to the tube and parks. Lovely bar/lounge floor. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: After the breakfast that was included, I had to pay a separate service fee. It was £2.55 so not a lot, but it was a bit awkward as the rest of my room, including breakfast was already fully paid at the time of booking. The service fee should’ve been included there too. Was a bit odd.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and shower. Excellent location close to public transport.
Disliked: The room was very small and there was very little shelf space. I could not get the coffee machine to work.

Liked: Really kind staff , specially the guy in front desk. I also sent packages to the hotel and they received them without problem and took care of it until I arrived. Room service ( breakfast and dinner) amazing. Room clean and beds comfortable. Great location really beautiful. Food is really good. I really liked it. Is a chill place. Everything good i would come back
