Good for a night but...

Liked: Great location (we were attending BST Hyde Park) very clean and modern facilities. Bed very comfortable and decent AC. Lovely toiletries! Room also very quiet. Had the venture room which was ok size for one night but wouldn’t have liked to stay in anything smaller than this.
Disliked: Breakfast service in the morning was incredibly slow and took nearly 1.5 hours to complete. On ordering we were told they’d run out of waffles and then later berries (this was 9.30am when the breakfast runs to 3pm) which was disappointing. On observation, this seemed to be as a result of one table of 8 who had ordered multiple plates from the menu per person. Would suggest stopping this or reducing choice on the menu to make this easier for the kitchen to cope with. I will say that the breakfast manager was handling this as best he could and with a smile. He did also arrange an extension with reception given our food arrived at the checkout time and we still needed to pack. At checkout we were also hit with a service charge which I thought was pretty comical all in all and asked for this to be removed.

Liked: Great location- very comfortable rooms- nice breakfast offering including vegan choices - very pleasant staff - nice bar and lounges - outdoor terrace - and quiet hotel and open room windows - stores cafes restaurants tube stations all around

Great service and location

Liked: Great location. Fantastic service by friendly and accommodating staff. Good sized room and comfortable bed. Very reasonably priced.
Disliked: Decor and furnishings are a little tired in places.

Paradise

Liked: Nice location, near the marble arch and hyde park. Unbelievably comfortable sheet, amazing view, facilities are perfect which own a real heated towel rail. Decorated place.

Liked: Fantastic aircon on the hottest day of the year so far, meant I got an excellent nights sleep.
Disliked: Went back up to my room after breakfast to sort out a few things before check-out and my room had already been stripped and my drinks for the journey thrown away.
