Liked: The location was pristine the hotel staff was absolutely amazing and every nook and cranny had an amazing use of space.

Very good

Liked: Very friendly staff. Fairly quiet despite the central location (which is a major selling point of this hotel). The room was small, but cosy and had everything I needed.
Disliked: The hotel is not easy to find - there is no name or any other sign outside the main door. I ended up asking in a club around the corner.

Liked: Everything. Perfectly hidden away, fantastic decor and friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: The spurious service charge ruined an otherwise perfect experience. No mention this was going to be charged and taken without consent after check out

Liked: Great location and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We needed to get a bed set up for our son although the booking was for 3 of us. Lots of extra charges that were unexpected, a £24 service charge for example.
