Liked: Location is nice, many stores, restaurants, and department stores at this location. Customer service was exceptional.
Disliked: Could have been a little more quiet in the morning. Other clients talking too loud.

Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: My card was charged twice 2 separate times I called booking and spoke to someone in the the office no one ever got back to me I show would like to get 2 nights for my card being charged twice ….i can’t even say 2 free nights because I was charged but to make a long story short no one cared

Disliked: The hotel staff was very unprofessional, I booked a room with two beds and she kept saying only a king is available. She was cussing, making disgusting comments to the other staff. Also, the rooms were disgusting! There were stains on the bed even! Do NOT stay here.
