Great place but we expected...
Liked: Rooms are very spacious. The pool is great for kids. Very close to Sunset Boulevard and Hollywood. It is a great place.
Disliked: Carpark is very expensive. When we booked the breakfast we didn't know that we only got one voucher per room wich didn't quite cover a complete breakfast for all of us.

A Pleasant Surprise!
Liked: I was impressed with the overall hotel ambiance despite its location on a busy street. The security measures were exceptional from the entrance way to the secure parking lot. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed and had a spacious bathroom. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional!
Disliked: Placing a lamp next to or on the desk by the TV would offer more lighting.

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and were helpful with offering suggestions on what to do while visiting
Disliked: Bathroom felt a little old and dated. Windows were thin so could clearly hear traffic outside

Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered some serious safety concerns regarding the access control system. While I understand that requiring a key to access the elevator is a measure to enhance security, cutting off access to the lobby without a key is impractical and potentially unsafe for guests.On my first night, I took the stairs after accidentally leaving my keys in my room, but I ended up stuck in the stairwell. The exit door had a sign indicating that it would trigger an alarm if opened, and I was following the directions provided. Instead of providing immediate help, the front desk staff merely attempted to explain the correct exit while I was in a vulnerable situation. If I had been informed about the door that wouldn't alarm me, it could have saved me from these frustrating experiences.The next day, at check-out, I found myself in another frustrating predicament when I left my keys in my room again. It took 30 minutes to find a housekeeper to help me, adding unnecessary stress to my departure.This hotel needs to reevaluate its safety protocols to ensure guests can exit the building without being trapped. Improving communication and access methods is essential for guest safety.
