Disappointing

Liked: Parking behind locked gates was great, however extra $42. Charge point on premises, only one is functioning. Extra $100 per charge.
Disliked: Got 3 bed bugs or any other bugs , hard to identify bugs. Mediocre hotel, we had to stay to that location, but never again. You get what you pay for. Beds horrible, not comfortable at all, bathroom not very clean. Would not recommend.

4-star historical stay at 1-star...

Liked: The staff was friendly. Location is good. Cook in a cafe is excellent!
Disliked: I believe, the management has to work slightly harder. They turned a 4-star hotel into a 1-star.First of all, fans in every bathroom are too noisy. You can hear when your neighbors turn it on. Secondly, they cheating with prices for breakfast. I had a free breakfast included into my reservation. In reality, they gave me 35USD voucher for 3 people which wasn’t enough because the prices in their cafe are super-high. Cocoa-puffs 7$, coffee - 7$, croissant - 7… i had to pay 35 usd on top per day…They simply ignored my question about included breakfast… They don’t offer any water, tea, coffee neither in room nor at reception… they offered to go to a nearby restaurant to purchase a drink… Vending machine had no water bottles inside…

Liked: Liked the location, pool is nice and rooms are clean. Courtyard is cozy.
Disliked: Charge over $40 a night for your car. Seems a lot. Front counter host , he had frosty tip hair was being rude to another customer, he wasn't very nice. Glad I didn't get him.

Liked: Booked two rooms. Bathrooms could use updating but otherwise the hotel was wonderful and the rooms were spacious. The guest parking side had the beautiful fountain in the hotel pictures. The pool was one of the best I've ever experienced. It had a small shop that was very reasonably priced and the salesman was friendly. Staff were excellent and very nice.
Disliked: Really only criticism was bathrooms need some renovations. The neighborhood to one side was rundown but the other side was quite nice.

Liked: Only Micheal from the staff was incredible and nice the rest were not so greatThe restaurant at the hotel is good
Disliked: Hotel rooms are old, we had ants in the room, they charge you 5.5$ for each bag you want them to keep for you until your flight, weird smell in the rooms and hallway, the hotel needs renovation asap The air conditioning stops working when there is no one standing in the room for a while so it stops working every night
