Nice, comfortable stay

Liked: We were greeted warmly on arrival by Mike, who gave us some great tips for what to visit in the area and made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and what we had expected. There was also another nice guy on reception who helped us fix the TV. There is a great Filipino restaurant called Kuya Lord further up the road that we would HIGHLY recommend - super tasty dishes!
Disliked: We left our luggage on the last day of the trip and the lady who served us was not particularly kind in the way she spoke to us.

Liked: The aesthetic is rustic and beautiful. Great to see the maintenance of an old hotel. The staff is great and very helpful, The location is awesome. Just 10 mins from Hollywood. Great deal at this price. It has minimal parking charge and good restaurant and coffee place in 2 min walking distance.
Disliked: It doesn't have modern facility and rooms are bit old style but very clean and tidy. It justifies its name. Expect to have a rustic experience.

Best ever

Liked: The big Boss Michael.Second time at the hotel after 6 years. Still the same guy at the counter to check in. The most funny and friendly welcome ever. Hé remembers all the guests namens and loves to Chat with them. he gives advice on where to go in los angeles. After a welcome like this, your visit cannot be disappointing anymore. the hotel is centrally located with shops nearby.
Disliked: nothing, Give Michael a lifetime contract with a big raise.Greatings from ‘Grace and Wise Raven’.

Hollywood trip

Liked: Michael on reception was excellent at his job and made our stay most enjoyable, offering advice on where to visit etc.The hotel was in a great location to see all the sights.We had some great cocktails at the bar and food on the second night.

Disliked: There is no breakfast in the hotel. Some of the staff was a bit rude at times.

Liked: Best location and such a cute hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Best deal in Hollywood!
Disliked: The bath didn't come with a plug because of water saving measures.
