Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Bed was HUGE and sooo comfortable! The view was incredible. Great walking distance to Hollywood Bowl.
Disliked: tub faucet/shower head needs to be checked. was not functioning properly and made water pressure low.

Bad

Liked: Location, Location, Location. Staff was quick to respond.
Disliked: Dated. Minimum furnishings. Needs a complete makeover . The couch should have been put out years ago. We didn't dare sit on it. Had to bring in the patio chairs. I rarely write reviews but this place definitely needed one. Very disappointed. Maybe it was just my room.....Also, there's a remote for the A/C. Good luck with that. It was stuck on 76.

The property sucks you into...

Liked: The property has rich Hollywood history. The restaurant was an amazing surprise.
Disliked: I’m not picky. There’s always something to complain about but we were happy with the property.

Great first night second night...

Liked: I had a great room the first night the second night they put me in the second build which I have seen housing complex’s in world countries that we nicer than that
Disliked: The second room was horrible ! Dirty the tub was disgusting

Amazing Views of Hollywood Hills

Liked: The room were spacious with amazing views of Hollywood hills. There was a small kitchen with refrigerator, coffeee maker. All the interactions were via phone or text message but the property management was very responsive.
Disliked: It was very hard to find the property. The signage is poor. We had to drive around the yamashiro restaurant a few times. We were at the 5th floor and there is no elevator and no personnel on site that could help with carrying the luggage. Thank goodness my husband and son took care of it! The pool was empty at the time of our stay but they comped parking.

Nice view in the Hills

Liked: The view was nice. It was the redeeming quality. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean. The shampoo and conditioner were great.
Disliked: The pool was closed. And the pictures were deceptive.
