Liked: I like that all of my issues were eventually resolved which is why I gave a decent review. The views, the plants, the wildlife were so refreshing to see. The top floor rooms were like being in a penthouse. Changing our room really saved my experience.
Disliked: The 1st room ww got was terrible. Outdated and moldy. The views there are still immaculate! But they have some very questionable rooms there. I suggest you contact the hotels and confirm your room type prior to arrival because if they're sold out for the night you might get stuck in a room that's not worth the amount of money you paid. I'm just being honest because I was so upset. It almost ruined our birthday celebration. But the next day, they moved us yo an amazing room. Also if you have any disabilities and can't walk for long, that will be an issue. It's alot of hills and stairs. I wasn't prepared for the workout I got from going in and out both days. My legs were so sore after I left lol.

Liked: There is no lobby so everything is done by text. The staff was responsive and helpful.
Disliked: The staff did their best to clean the rooms but the furniture was old dirty and worn out, the patio door didn’t lock, the tub’s enamel wore off, the furniture was old and mismatched, it was loud at night, we had 2 rooms and as soon as the smell of cleaning solutions wore off, they both smelled heavily of smoke (which I am allergic to). One room had a keurig, the other didn’t. we asked for one but never received it. The rooms and hotel look nothing like it does online. I thought it was a unique, beautiful, boutique hotel and it was not. We had friends staying in the nearby Hampton Inn and their rooms were far superior.

Liked: It was close to the restaurant and nice view.
Disliked: The room was completely falling apart. The bathtub, bathroom wall was completely water damaged and literally falling off. The AC face cover fell right off when we were just sitting inside our room. You cannot contact anyone at this facility it’s all self check in. We got stuck tryna get inside the parking area for an hour cause the pin pad wouldn’t work. Complete disaster and not cool with neighbours on top making noise no one to tell other people to quiet down.
