A great stay in a...

Liked: I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hollywood Hills Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect — just a short walk from the Walk of Fame, which made exploring LA super convenient.Room service was great, and the staff were always friendly, responsive, and professional. A special thank you to the team for helping arrange a late checkout and for being so understanding when I had a small issue with the room access — they handled it with kindness and efficiency.Even though the pool wasn’t open during my stay, everything else more than made up for it, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again (hopefully when the pool is ready!).Big thanks to everyone at the hotel — you made my visit to LA even better!– Ioannis
Disliked: The only downside was a minor issue with the QR code access on the last day, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally.

Liked: Really nice location for LA to visit and explore.
Disliked: There was constantly a strange sound of some electronic equipment that didn’t let to rest properly. There is no reception, so check in can be done only through online.

Disappointing.

Liked: Location, views, bed.
Disliked: Impossible to find. Property needs a LOT of work, tatty. Swimming pool empty. Had to move rooms. First room had the a/c dripping liquid on the tv. Second room has an old tv that barely works, and is again, tatty. John the phone contact was very patient and helped us through this mess.I am expecting some kind of a discount as discussed.

Very well organized, clean and...

Liked: We first met the housekeeper, Joslyn (sorry if misspelled), very nice woman and quick to respond/help out when needed assistance. I give her 10/10. We walked into our room, it was smelling/looking clean and organized. I’d definitely book again!
Disliked: We didn’t get to experience the pool due to renovations going on during our stay.
