The location (for the price) was incredible. Very nice and very friendly staff added to our great experience. Walking distance to everything Hollywood, seeing our first show at the Dolby, we were impressed how close it was.

Liked: Yes , we loved our room and the prices.
Disliked: None.

We enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl, which was what we were there to see. We would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Very clean; large room; had a refrigerator, table and air conditioner.
Disliked: Bed was a wonderful king-size but too firm for me to get comfortable.

Liked: - Reception people were quite helpful and kind with us since check-in until check-out, when we needed to leave our luggages until night. Thank you so much for such kindness! - Rooms are wide, lots of space. - Breakfast was simple, but good. - Location is awesome, close to Hollywood street and the subway. It was great for us since we didn't rent a car. Also, we felt safe and secure even late night- Price was good considering the location. I would definitely stay there again someday.
Disliked: - Bathroom: It's old, water pressure not good and it was quite difficult to set the temperature (only a small touch would make the water from cold to super hot) - Breakfast: it starts later than other hotels, 7h30am. Which makes the lines pretty long for waffles and no tables to seat.

Liked: Clean and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived late after a concert and there was no parking. They said no problem, took our keys and parked the car in a second lot. We had planned on spending the day in Hollywood the next day. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the front desk and to pick up are vehicle in the afternoon despite having an 11:00 check out.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable, staff were amazing and accommodating. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Could hear people upstairs but it was only a problem when loud people jumped etc!

This place is a gem!

Liked: Excellent location. The rooms are quite spacious. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I loved the property. My only complaint is that the bed was quite high. I am 5”3 and literally had to climb up on the bed. It wouldn’t have been an issue but I was nursing a bad knee.
