The hotel was very clean; staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the first time that I have been to the Detroit area with my teenage daughters to see a concert. We would stay there again.

Not worth $250 per night but a very nice hotel.

Liked: Clean room and very nice staff.
Disliked: Noisy at all hours of the night; would have been nice to know the bar was metered - we used the fridge and if I hadn't gone to the counter to check out I would have been charged for 11 items from the mini fridge.

Liked: It was a great location, clean and the room was quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was blocked and took an hour to empty after any use. Despite reporting the problem twice no action was taken. Rather spoiled our impression of the hotel’s attitude to paying customers. A bit take it or leave it like.

Disliked: I requested rose petals on the bed to surprise my girlfriend and they accepted the request but failed to do it

Liked: All aspects of the hotel were clean and modern. Rooms was comfortable, shower was nice with powerful pressure

I was ripped off!!!

Liked: The room itself was great. Had dinner there, which was good.
Disliked: Reserved two rooms. Upon check in, they only had me down for one. I showed my confirmation which clearly showed I reserved two. Came home and noticed I was charged for 3. Called and they said there were only two receipts so I was only charged for two and to call the credit card. I did and have to wait 2 wks for a new card now :( I think it's pretty sad they wouldn't issue a credit for the extra charge. Plus we paid for parking and I was given the run around for that. It's not like it's cheap to stay here. Staff could definitely do better and be a little more accommodating.

Disliked: To have regular coffee kcups. All they had was decaf in the room.
