Liked: Absolutely gorgoues property. A real grand old lady of a building and the gardens stunning. While sitting on the garden I met a beautiful baby red deer who just stood and looked at me. Apparently 4 deer live in their gardens. Very tranquil and serene.

Liked: Owners very warm and welcoming...breakfast excellent...gorgeous house and gardens...very clean.

Lovely house, food and the...

Liked: A beautiful country house with period furnishings, the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We had lovely views across the surrounding countryside. There was a variety of options for breakfast, all freshly prepared and delicious. I recommend the cooked breakfast.
Disliked: There was a problem with our shower but it didn't spoil our overnight stay.

A lovely grand old house...

Liked: A lovely grand old house in beautiful grounds. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast lovely. All the people were very nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again a lovely peaceful place to spend a weekend.
Disliked: Nothing

Exactly what we were looking...

Liked: Location was great for our purposes. The house is just beautiful and our hosts were friendly, welcoming and informative.
Disliked: Temporary problems with the showers affected us but did not impact our stay to any great degree.
