Liked: Beautiful manlr house, near the woods and comfortable room and bathroom. Very tidy and clean.
Disliked: The property is a bit rundown and needs maintenance: removed carpet on concrete staircase and halll for example.

Liked: We absolutely loved everything by about the property. Brilliantly cooked breakfast with local sausages and eggs, seeing deer roaming in the garden. Beautiful property.

Disliked: Maybe the draft on a very windy day, but the heating overcame the draft. Everything else was perfection.

Liked: Location good, Emsworth village 5 minutes away Beautiful house, very welcoming, good size room and great view of the garden and could see Chichester harbour. Bed very comfort had great night sleep.
