Liked: Thank you so much! Assisting General Manager Serena Lau was awesome! She was helpful, informative and made my stay very enjoyable! Serena was always smiling and sharing useful local attraction information! Her team of front desk and restaurant staff was also genuine, helpful and had great attitude. Pleasantly surprised with the customer service quality! Economical Self service laundry available which made long stay much easier. Room rates were very reasonable and hotel was close to shopping mall.
