Very upsetting

Liked: Breakfast was a nightmare!! Staff shut the area down at 9:08am. We were told that breakfast was till 10am Upon check-in.
Disliked: The staff attitude!! Hostile attitude!!

Best stay ever.

Liked: They have Dove hygiene products. That was an automatic plus. The pool was great and the bed was comfortable. The room was warm and inviting.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: My kids loved the pool
Disliked: The front staff look like they didn't want to be there and made it feel like they didn't want you there

Liked: Breakfast was ok location was great
Disliked: I wasn't comfortable sleeping at night because the curtains in the room did not close so the city lights shined in all night and when the sun came up it did the same this is the first place I've stayed where curtains didn't close

Exceptional

Liked: We come to this hotel once a year after the holidays as a little get away for my two kids. The staff is always friendly the pool is big and nice with a nice hot tub, Breakfast is always great. Hotel also lets us check out at noon so the kids can get one more swim in after breakfast with no extra charge

Good hotel

Liked: Great, clean rooms with everything you need. Comfortable beds. They give a 10% discount on the next door steakhouse!
Disliked: The pool and hot tub are basically in the (carpeted) lobby, not in a separate room. Very odd.
