Holiday Inn - Terre Haute

Enjoyable and comfortable.

Liked: It was nice and had a nice pool for the kids. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.
Disliked: The hot tub was out of order and I paid extra to stay here thinking I could enjoy a hot tub while my kids played in the pool. The friendly staff told me that they have told booking.com that the hot tub was not operational but the website has not updated photos or taken that off the amenities list which I searched for.

Disliked: The bed looked like it had been slept in. The top sheet / duvet was crumpled.I stepped on a large clipped toenail from a previous guest.The was an unpleasant surprise.

Liked: The beds were comfy
Disliked: The pool was not accessible. We had four person occupancy and only three towels. The kuereg did not work in our room.

Exceptional

It was okay.

Liked: Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Customer service was good and friendly.
Disliked: I had requested a king size bed and received two queen beds. The pool and hot tub were both not working so unable to use either. The breakfast was good but was looking forward to pancakes and there were none.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was helpful whenever needed
Disliked: Ac couldn’t be setbelow 68 and felt hotter making sleeping horrible . Hottub and pool that were advertised were both closed
