Could have been better

Liked: I loved the clean room. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: My room was not ready at 4pm and check in was at 3. They also told us the pool would be closed for painting. NOT ACCEPTABLE! it was a Saturday and my kids lived for the pool. After I told the receptionist I wouldn't be checking in if we couldn't get in the pool, they opened it back up. And last but not least, the air went out at 7am and started making a loud noise. So now our sleeping in was interrupted and no one could go back to sleep. I called corporate and still no discount on my room or anything for not one, not two, but three inconveniences. No apologies. No nothing. I don't know if we will stay here again.
