Liked: Clean & Very nice / Safe Area
Disliked: The check in Worker seemed very annoyed with Everyone that was coming in. He wasn’t welcoming at all. Made me wait a whole hour because he couldn’t find my reservation -.-

Liked: It was clean, had a nice fireplace in the lobby, a variety of items to choose for breakfast… the front desk receptionist were kind and helpful.
Disliked: We were very excited about the indoor swimming pool until we found out how cold it was to the point where we couldn’t even go in and the pool area was air conditioned and also very cold. We were not able to use the pool and no one else either. For that reason not one person was using the pool the entire time we were there (4days, Thursday through Monday). The swimming pool should’ve been heated. For us it was major disappointment, since that was one of the reasons we booked this place.

Liked: The food was not free as stated by booking.com and was told it was 16 dollars per person for a breakfast “ buffet” which it included, bacon, egg, hash browns and a cinnamon roll and juice.. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that had a better selection of actual FREE BREAKFAST BUFFET..The pool was over powered with chlorine and couldn’t swim… had to pull my kids out after 5mins of swimming… told the manager about it and after that they opened both doors but the smell was still wrong.. tv in the had 5 channels which 3 of them where the same channel just 1 clear, 1 static and 1 unable to hear, it felt like I was back in the antenna days which felt like home but I had more channels to choose from… room was clean, cold ac, staff was awesome, location was great
