Holiday Inn & Suites Columbia Northeast an IHG Hotel

Good

Liked: Modern room.
Disliked: Booked for free breakfast didn't have it for free.booked it because of a pool wasn't in operation. Didn't get an email would have switched hotel

It was an Awesome stay.

Liked: It was clean, good hospitality, comfortable…etc. It was convenient to shopping places, & restaurants & not very far from Fort Jackson
Disliked: No grits, sausage, biscuits or cheese @ breakfast

There was no two bedrooms...

Disliked: Bed sheet had blood on it microwave was dirty on your site it stated 1 bedroom queen bed 2 bedroom queen and living room with sofa bed there was no 2 bedrooms

Disappointing

Liked: The location had a lot of food options around and the interstate was close
Disliked: My room was booked for 6 I had to ask for extra towels and rags but could not get any cause housekeeping staff was not available at night couldn't get access to toiletries as well, said breakfast included but when arrived and hotel they said that it was a 12.95 charge per person per day charge and the food selection was horrible. And the staff wasn't really knowledgeable about hotel policies.

Disliked: How y'all charge me three different times and said it was generated when nothing is generated y'all have to charge the card your self it's like you have to push enter to approve it

Liked: The option to extend to a late check out was based off what status of a customer is and that is not right. I was very upset about that.
