Liked: The location & shuttle service were very helpful. We stayed there overnight so we could get an early start at Universal the next day after our flight.
Disliked: The shuttle's fill up very quickly!

The stay was ok

Disliked: I had booked a king bed and when I checked in I was put in a standard room with 2 full beds. When I went to the front desk to find out why, I was told that there were no king beds available and booking.com just sent over first available.

Disliked: Maybe have people who are giving information on the parks and such make sure people understand it fully. Not speak in such a quick way that they think everyone knows what they are talking about.

Disliked: The jeffery dahmer feel in the property wasn’t really the feel my travel companion was looking for

It was convenient.

Liked: I just stayed two days, no service room but it was fine.
Disliked: The breakfast is inside of FRIDAYS restaurant.The same hotel I stayed but in New Hampshire had a much better breakfast, and didn't charge me $25 per night for parking.
