Liked: I use to live in stevenage, so knew location if hotel.
Disliked: Paying for parking was a big issue for me.The toilet was stained, and the seat was very tatty. Room smaller than expected. Could do with a paint to freshen up.

Liked: Location was ideal and easy to access. Parkin on site was ideal if a little expensive. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Bar area in the evening was noisy but that could have been the lack of soft furnishings.

Highly recommended, brilliant stay.

Liked: From the great location only 10 minutes away from the stevenage train station to just a couple of steps across the road to all the shops you need and roughly a 13 minute walk to the cinema and or boiling ally. The cleanliness was brilliant, and the bedroom was homely and the staff, the staff were very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. So far, it is the best hotel I have been in.
Disliked: I would say the lifts were off. You press the button for one lift to open, and the other lift opens and vice versa. Maybe some wiring on the lifts needs fixing. But that's about it. Brilliant stay.
