Perfect family friendly hotel in...
Liked: VERY Family friendly!!The pool was lovely and it was great to have the playroom for young children.Children ate free with an adult meal which was a bonus. Perfect hotel for an overnight stay before visiting the nearby Paultons Park for Peppa Pig World.My toddler had the best time and loved everything about this hotel.

Liked: Swimming pool, breakfast and kids playroom

Horrible PR! and the lack...
Liked: Conveniently located to Southampton Airport.
Disliked: I was treated very bad by the front help desk employee by the name Kurtis McIntyre. First, I went to check in after midnight. My Visa card refused to work, with reason “Issuer bank currently unavailable”. I then offered to pay in US$ cash. The employee who attended to me before Kurtis was very friendly, but still advised me that the hotel doesn’t accept US$. He went out of his way to seek clearance from the manager, who unfortunately said NO! I had to walk to the nearest service station with an ATM, but the card still refused to work. When I then came back to renegotiate, the other employee had clocked for the night, that’s when Kurtis took over. First he flatly refused me audience with manager. When I then made arrangements for a third party to pay for me online, his behavior still was such that I was being a bother to him. First, my phone’s battery was about to get flat, which I told him when I requested that he talks to this third party for the third party card details. His approach was very cold. Took very long on the phone with someone which conversation was not even business. When he then attended to my third party savior, 3 times he got the card details wrong, which seemed to me rather deliberate and hesitant to assist. When he eventually got the details correct and checked me in, he gave me the access card and he went back to his phone call. I had to wait for him to give me directions to my room, since it was my first time there. This was before he asked me “why are you still waiting here!”

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The fact that I had to spend most of my stay sleeping on the floor as I had to beds single beds pushed together it also didn’t have a double duvet just 2 singles. I have complained to the property and booking.com and feel the level or customer service from both is well below what is expected when paying the price I paid
