I had gotten the cheapest rate the hotel offers through ConcertHotels.com and they still gave us a corner room with a great view. Between that and the really nice staff, I had a great experience.

Nice Hotel in good location

Liked: We liked the view, the location and the pool.We also liked the food, which was really good.
Disliked: There was nothing sustainable about this Hotel. We didn't like the trash we automatically produced. Even for American Standards it was huge amounts. The styrofoam coated cups are non recyclable they were all in plastic, and they were replaced by housekeeping, even though we wanted to reuse them.The drinks in the hotelbar were way to expensive.

Convenient and comfortable stay.

Liked: Breakfast was great, but we were only able to prepay for two and there were three in our party.
Disliked: Location was convenient for us, but I wouldn’t feel safe walking in this area alone at night.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff are lovely. I was checked in by a delightful man named Baker, who later helped with another query. Everyone was super helpful.This hotel has great amenities, with a pharmacy vending machine, pool, and fitness centre. My room had a Keurig coffee machine in the wardrobe, too!My room had a great view, which I really liked (this is the attached photo), and the easily adjustable heating and cooling system was very welcome. The bed was really comfortable and I liked the USB plugs by the bed. In terms of location, it was ideal for me as I wanted to explore things in both the north and south of the city. Transport links are extremely easy and I felt very safe walking around in the daytime and evening.If returning to San Francisco, I would 100% stay here again!
Disliked: Not exactly cheap, but I'd say pretty good value! I paid £750 for six nights, which I probably wouldn't do in the UK - SF is overall pretty expensive though. This hotel also does not charge a resort fee, which can bump the price up in quite a hidden way. Resort fees are not a thing in the UK where I'm from, so it was good to avoid that upfront.
