I would probably recommend it because it was so clean, but was disappointed about the hot tub being closed.

Liked: Very clean and great location.
Disliked: Service at the bar was very, very slow. And they weren't all that busy either. Was disappointed that the hot tub was closed - that is why I booked the room- to enjoy the hot tub.

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Room was missing a landline phone unit. I had to go downstairs to talk to front desk. They couldn’t understand and were shocked and didn’t believe me we didn’t have a phone. The WiFi in our room didn’t work so the front desk staff acted like I was doing something wrong and told me the “higher floor you go to in the hotel, the better the WiFi works.” So I couldn’t work from my room. I also booked a room with two beds. I showed the front desk the reservation printout stating I had to beds. They said it didn’t matter. In their system we had one bed and we were lucky that they had a spare two-bed room available and they would take care of it for us. So you can make a reservation, but you can’t seem to honor it? Thanks for the anxiety!
