Only came for one night for a competition at the EIS. My daughter wanted to stay another night!

Liked: Such comfy beds. Clean. Welcomed at reception.
Disliked: None other than the post code on my sat-nav took us up West Bawtry road.

Liked: Breakfast was self service and very good. Thank you. The room was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable. The hotel provided everything that we needed. My son and I enjoyed a swim in the pool. I am very thankful that the hotel accommodated my request for a ground floor room as my son and I have a disability. Thank you so very much. The biggest THANK YOU has to go to all the staff who work in this hotel. What a lovely, friendly and very hard working team. Over the years I have stayed in many lovely places, including other Holiday Inns. This Holiday Inn outshines them all for its amazing staff team! What a warm welcome we received and every member of staff, from reception to dining, bar and housekeeping, every single member of staff were amazing! Going out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and see that we had everything that we needed. Thank you all so very much. Liked: Convenient hotel to break up a long journey . Everything we needed under one roof and at a reasonable rate . Friendly ,helpful staff .

Disliked: Shower flooded the room and whilst they did try to fix this the solution was for me to use the shower facilities in the gym in the morning. No other rooms to move too, was very disappointing for the money.
