The staff were excellent and very helpful. A good hotel for all the family.

Disliked: Nothing.

Only came for one night for a competition at the EIS. My daughter wanted to stay another night!

Liked: Such comfy beds. Clean. Welcomed at reception.
Disliked: None other than the post code on my sat-nav took us up West Bawtry road.

Quick, efficient and comfortable.

Liked: Room, nice large bed, food promptly served. The staff member on duty on the front desk was brilliant and went above and beyond in helping us with our booking.
Disliked: One EV charger, in the far corner of the car park, like a naughty child been sent to their rooom.

Disliked: Average TV their a lot the kids would watch, Netflix would great

WHAT A PLACE :)

Liked: Everything was just good. Rception staff who was very welcoming and friendly, housekeeping ladies helpful and made sure our room was clean and we had all we needed. Restaurant staff super polite, chatty and positive and let's not forget about leisure center girls who were nice and understanding with our kids.We had a great stay, kids enjoyed they first night in hotel. Our bed was comfortable and sofa bed was good size for two 13 years old girls. Breakfast was tasty and served in clean restaurant. Laisure facilities great, just all we needed. I really can't say anything negative about our stay.
Disliked: Nothing. All my family enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the staff!
Disliked: Food was over cooked, sink and bath weren’t cleaned. Not enough towels in the room, sofa bed wasn’t made up it took an hour and a half for someone to come up and make it and clean the room. You could hear every car passing by and hear every little noise from everyone else nearby. A lamp shade was missing from the bedside lamp. Only one lane of the pool was open to hotel guests.Absolutely NOT impressed by this hotel and it certainly wasn’t worth the £145, would not recommend.
