The staff were excellent and very helpful. A good hotel for all the family.

Disliked: Nothing.

Only came for one night for a competition at the EIS. My daughter wanted to stay another night!

Liked: Such comfy beds. Clean. Welcomed at reception.
Disliked: None other than the post code on my sat-nav took us up West Bawtry road.

Liked: Bed sheet was clean and people on front desk was lovely.
Disliked: The 4 stars on this hotel supouse to be taking immediately. Is really poor on quality.Dirty walls with wine and all type of marks and dots of glue on sealing. Mould on windows and on bathroom. Bathrooms tiles really dirty, door piece stuck with glue back to the door.We had room with window on street and the cars noise was really impacting my sleep and the mould my breathing.This hotel do not deserve 4 stars clearly.Unfortunately here I am able to load only 4 pictures, but have a lot more.
