The staff were excellent and very helpful. A good hotel for all the family.

Disliked: Nothing.

Only came for one night for a competition at the EIS. My daughter wanted to stay another night!

Liked: Such comfy beds. Clean. Welcomed at reception.
Disliked: None other than the post code on my sat-nav took us up West Bawtry road.

Potentially an excellent hotel if...

Liked: The room was big enough for a family of five. It had a good size desk and a minibar that the stuff restocked every day. The breakfast was better than the standard English breakfast. There's a good-sized indoor swimming pool and a kids' room with Foosball that was mostly vacant
Disliked: The room was neglected, and it requires renovation. The windows to the street were very thin, and noise came from outside. The room was not clean enough, and we found spiders and ants crawling around almost every day. Wifi wasn't that great.

Excellent hotel specially for family....

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and family room for 5 is very big and nice and includes fridge. Free parking and enough for every guest i would say.
Disliked: Our key card keeps getting wiped out even its not near devices(phone,car keys etc.) for some reason so i have to go down every night to get it reset. But dont think that was hotels fault.
