Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

Beautiful, clean room. Very nice hotel with nice amenities - would recommend it to anyone as the price was very fair compared to other hotels in the area.

Disliked: The parking charges were ridiculous and also the resort fees was higher than expected for quality of hotel

Liked: Location. Location. Location. This is the best thing the hotel has, everything else is way below average
Disliked: Honestly, for the same price we've stayed in the same dates/weekend in much better hotels. This was not a good stay, the bathroom curtain smelled bad, the location of the room was impossible for accessibility, elevators not working or getting stuck and the general talk from other guests was the same...

Liked: I like the attentive and knowledgeable staff. The room itself was good.
Disliked: This was my second time staying at this hotel and I noticed the same things wrong this time. The doors to the buildings were not always locked, the trash cans right house the doors to the buildings were so full that trash had to be stacked on top of the cans, and the gates to the parking lots always up. The shower had a slow drain and started to clog.
