Beautiful, clean room. Very nice hotel with nice amenities - would recommend it to anyone as the price was very fair compared to other hotels in the area.

Liked: The bartender was great. She was amazing very attentive never had to ask her for service and made great suggestions The bartender that came after her he was horrible. Sorry he was on his phone with back to us. Didn't seem to care. Hate to say that but it's the truth.

Liked: The location close to Disney springs wa great for our transition to Saratoga springs.

Disliked: WHat I didnt like was the music of the pool, too loud and couldnt sleep. THey turn it off at 11:00pm. THey should turn it off sooner or at least lower the volume,

Liked: The property was run down and common areas were in need of being cleaned and updated.
Disliked: The elevator was broken and staff was NOT helpful at all in explaining the maze we were forced to walk through in order to get to our room.

Disliked: The door to our room was not fully sealed when closed and our room was by one of the building entry doors so all night we could hear people coming in and out of the building. We were barely able to sleep because of this. The bed was also not very comfortable
