Doesn’t meet Holiday Inn standards

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Bad smell in public area. Smelled like a nursing home. Hotel currently under renovation lots of sloppy work.

Bring a UV light. You...

Liked: Very misleading. You going to the lobby and it looks amazing and clean and smells lovely... Then you get your room! Oh boy was that a disaster. Seems this is the biggest issue across the board with bookings. The room was disturbing with how gross the walls & the floors were. The fridge I was terrified to use. God only knows what was on that. The coffee pot was disgusting. Did the black light test and it was appalling to say the least. I cannot in good faith recommend this place. It is filthy on a whole new level

More than I expected

Liked: Clean, nice size room. Easy check-in. Lots of parking. Towels were clean soft and white. Doggie was welcomed. Employees were very nice, courteous and helpful. I will come back.
Disliked: Walls are a little thin, I could hear the neighbors conversations. Breakfast wasn't included, even though it was stated on line included.
